One-to -One or small group (up to 6 participants maximum) 60 minutes session at the convenience of your residence or office. Start your own group and enjoy the Pilates Method benefits and customized workouts while socializing with friends or colleagues.
4. Weight Loss Management: Group / Duets/ Individual
Rigorous 1 hour workout with elements of cardio, resistance and strength building components with primary focus on increasing metabolic rate and build muscles. Nutrition advice available upon request.
5. Exercise Rehabilitation Services (including chronic disease management):One-on-One only
6. Back Pain Management Session: One-on-One only
Weight Management, Rehabilitation and Back Pain Management Services are available by appointment only and after initial consultation.
7. Independent Studio Use: customized workout and equipment of clients' choice.
This option is offered to Pilates Practitioners or Fitness Professionals and Enthusiasts with prior fitness experience and is offered at discounted rate and flexible times after initial assessment/ trial session.
